How to Use the Epson WorkForce WF-110W Printer

Unboxing Your Printer

• Carefully remove the printer from the box.
• Remove all protective materials and packaging.
• Check the contents of the box to ensure you have the following:
  • Printer
  • Power adapter
  • USB charging cable
  • Ink cartridges
  • User manual

Setting Up Your Printer

• Place the printer on a flat, stable surface.
• Insert the ink cartridges:
  • Open the printer cover.
  • Carefully insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until they click into place.
• Connect the printer to a power source using the power adapter.
• Charge the integrated battery using the USB cable or power adapter for at least 2 hours before first use.

Connecting to Wi-Fi

• Turn on the printer.
• Use the 3.7 cm color display to navigate to the Wi-Fi setup options.
• Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
• Confirm the connection. The printer will display a message once connected successfully.

Installing the Epson iPrint App

• Download the Epson iPrint app from your device’s app store (available on iOS and Android).
• Open the app and create an account or log in if you already have one.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the app to your printer.

Printing from Your Device

• Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
• Open the document or photo you wish to print on your smartphone or tablet.
• Select the ‘Print’ option, then choose the Epson WF-110W from the list of available printers.
• Adjust your print settings (e.g., paper size, color options) as needed.

Using Email Print

• Set up Email Print by registering your printer at the Epson Connect website.
• Once registered, you will receive a unique email address for your printer.

• Check and replace ink cartridges when low on ink.
