Description
How to Use the HP Color Laser 150nw Printer
1. Unboxing and Setup
- Carefully remove the printer from the box.
- Remove all protective materials and stickers from the printer.
- Place the printer on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet.
- Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into the outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the printer.
2. Installing Toner Cartridges
- Open the front access door of the printer.
- Unpack the toner cartridges from their packaging.
- Remove the plastic tape from the toner cartridges.
- Insert the cartridges into their respective slots (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
- Close the front access door securely.
3. Loading Paper
- Pull out the paper tray from the printer.
- Adjust the paper width guides to fit the size of your paper (A4).
- Load a stack of paper into the tray.
- Push the paper tray back into the printer until it clicks into place.
4. Connecting to Your Device
- Ensure your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
- Download and install the HP Smart App from the app store.
- Open the HP Smart App and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- Alternatively, connect directly to the printer via Wi-Fi Direct by following the prompts in the app.
5. Printing Documents
- Open the document you wish to print on your device.
- Select the print option from the menu.
- Choose the HP Color Laser 150nw as your printer.
- Adjust any print settings as needed (e.g., color, double-sided printing).
- Click on “Print” to start printing.
6. Scanning Documents
- Place the document face down on the scanner glass.
- Open the HP Smart App on your device.
- Select the ‘Scan’ option within the app.
