How to Use the Optoma H117ST Projector
Unboxing the Projector
- Carefully open the box and remove the projector.
- Take out the power cable, remote control, and user manual.
- Check for any additional accessories included in the package.
Setting Up the Projector
- Choose a suitable location for the projector, ensuring it is stable and on a flat surface.
- Connect the power cable to the projector and plug it into a power outlet.
- Position the projector at the desired distance from the screen. The projection ratio of 0.52:1 allows for a large image even at close range.
Connecting Devices
- Use an HDMI cable to connect your laptop, gaming console, or other devices to the projector’s HDMI port.
- If needed, connect external audio devices through the audio output.
- For serial connection, use the RS-232 port as needed for control purposes.
Powering On the Projector
- Press the power button on the projector or use the remote control.
- Wait for the projector to warm up; the power indicator will change to green.
Adjusting the Image
- Use the zoom and focus adjustments to achieve the desired image clarity.
- Adjust the projection angle using the built-in keystone correction feature if necessary.
