How to Use the Verbatim Nano USB Stick with Micro USB Adapter
What You Will Need
- Verbatim Nano USB Stick (32 GB)
- Micro USB Adapter (included)
- Tablet or Smartphone with USB OTG feature
Step 1: Check OTG Compatibility
Ensure that your tablet or smartphone supports USB On-The-Go (OTG). You can usually find this information in the device’s specifications or user manual.
Step 2: Connect the Micro USB Adapter
- Take the Micro USB adapter that comes with the Verbatim Nano USB stick.
- Insert the Micro USB end of the adapter into the Micro USB port of your tablet or smartphone.
Step 3: Attach the USB Stick
- Connect the USB Type-A end of the Verbatim Nano USB stick into the USB port of the Micro USB adapter.
- Ensure that the connection is secure.
Step 4: Transfer Files
Now that everything is connected, you can transfer files between your devices:
- Open the file manager or file transfer app on your tablet or smartphone.
- Locate the files you want to transfer to or from the USB stick.
- Select the files and choose to copy or move them to the desired location.
Step 5: Safely Eject the USB Stick
- Before disconnecting the USB stick, ensure that you safely eject it from your device.
- Go to your file manager or settings and select the option to eject or unmount the USB stick.
Step 6: Disconnect
